I distribute them out on the parchment paper lined sheet pan and freeze until finally strong, then transfer to some zip lock bag for for a longer period storage. (This process stops them from sticking together.)Many thanks for suggestion about working with frozen wings. I always forget to just take them out in the freezer, so this may seriously be
